Hebron ODM Case: Brushless Waist Fan Series for a European Brand

A European outdoor brand wanted a "wearable, long-battery-life, low-noise" waist fan for hiking and commuting. Hebron took it on in ODM mode, delivering the full process from concept to mass production.

Requirement breakdown and ID/structural design: The client required multiple wearing modes (waist/neck/crossbody/clip) and emergency power. Hebron's structural team proposed a lift bracket + all-metal hook, with a silicone-wrapped housing (shock/drop resistant, comfortable to wear), referencing the mature structures of its self-developed WF02/H32.

Motor and airflow: A 21,000 RPM brushless motor was selected, paired with 15 years of low-noise blade know-how, calibrated repeatedly in the wind tunnel lab and anechoic chamber to keep operating noise within an acceptable outdoor range while ensuring strong airflow.

Battery and safety: A 6,000 mAh battery delivers about 15h of runtime; the BMS provides overcharge, over-discharge, and overcurrent protection; an SOS warning light and camping bright light were added with reserved sensor upgrade space, fitting European outdoor safety preferences.

Certification and delivery: CE, ROHS, FCC certifications were completed, with full packaging data and 20ft / 40ft container plans (36 units per carton, about 43,000 per 40ft container), stably supplied by Hebron's 10 Zhuhai assembly lines.

Conclusion: This case demonstrates Hebron's one-stop ODM capability "from mold to finished product"—the brand only needs to define the scenario and positioning, while R&D, manufacturing, certification, and shipping are closed-loop by Hebron.
